Sociofy provides a social media management platform that allows users to schedule posts, automate direct messages, and analyze performance across multiple social networks.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Social Media Platform Rules

You agree to comply with the Terms of Service of all social media platforms you connect to Sociofy (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest). You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
