2. What Sociofy Does
Sociofy helps creators:
- Upload content once and publish it across selected platforms
- Customize captions and formats per platform before publishing
- View account-level and post-level performance insights

- Manage connected accounts from a single dashboard
Sociofy is intentionally designed for individual creators, not large enterprises.
Sociofy is NOT:

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the Services effectively.

🔒 We do NOT collect or store social media passwords.
All connections use official, approved platform APIs.

This content is processed only to publish it to the platforms you explicitly select.
3.4 Automation Data
If you enable comment-based automated responses:
- Comment triggers on your own posts

Automation occurs only after an explicit user action on your content and always follows platform rules.

7. Automation and Messaging Features
Sociofy offers creator-controlled automation tools, such as comment-based automated responses, on supported platforms.
Key Principles
- Automation is triggered only by explicit actions on your own posts
- Messages are sent only when a user intentionally engages
- You control message content, limits, and timing
- Automation can be paused or disabled at any time
- Platform rate limits and safety rules are enforced
Platform-Specific Clarifications
- Instagram & Facebook (Meta): Automation operates only through official Meta APIs and follows all applicable messaging and rate-limit policies.
- TikTok: Sociofy does not initiate direct messages. Sociofy supports only interactions explicitly permitted by TikTok’s official APIs and platform rules.
Sociofy does not:
- Initiate unsolicited messages
- Support spam or mass outreach
- Scrape or message users outside your own content
8. Artificial Intelligence and Recommendations
Sociofy may provide suggestions such as optimal posting times or performance observations.
These features:
- Use account-specific data only
- Are isolated per creator
- Are not used to train generalized or shared AI models
- Do not transfer creator data between accounts
Your content is not used to train third-party AI models.
9. Social Media Platforms and APIs
Sociofy uses only official, approved APIs provided by:
- Instagram (Meta)
- Facebook (Meta)
- TikTok
- YouTube
YouTube API Services Disclosure
Sociofy’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking Access
You may revoke Sociofy’s access to your connected accounts at any time through each platform’s official settings. Once access is revoked, Sociofy can no longer publish, retrieve data, or perform actions for that account.
11. Data Retention
- Access tokens are revoked immediately when you disconnect an account
- Associated data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or security reasons
- Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for system stability and improvement
You may request deletion of your Sociofy account at any time.
12. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- Encryption of access tokens at rest and in transit
- Restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis
- Secure infrastructure and hosting practices
- Periodic security reviews
No system can guarantee absolute security, but creator accounts are treated as critical assets.

Sociofy does not send spam.
We send:

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
